Hi all 👋🏼 A quick little update. Fall is quickly approaching and my daughter is very involved in volleyball. This leaves very limited openings past 2PM. Cancellation Policy
-A 48 hour notice for cancelled/rescheduled appointments is required. A credit or debit card will be held on file. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled without a 48hr notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.
-If a retainer was required for your appointment and you do not give a 48 hour notice, the retainer will be forfeit.
-New clients will be required to make a nonrefundable deposit to hold their appointment. The fee must be paid within 24hrs of booking appointment.
-If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “no show” and your card will be charged 50% of your service scheduled.
-If you are scheduled for a double service, I have booked a time slot for a double service. If you decide to only receive ONE service, please contact me and let me know immediately.
